This is not baklava. This is ekmek kadayif. Baklava has no cream at all. Both are delicious. Many kisses from GREECE.

Minunat si usor. Am sa o prepar in acest sfarsit de saptamana. Am urmarit retetele cu legume si sunt incantata, desi nu " tin pasul cu voi". Ma gandesc ca ar fi mai usor de urmarit, daca le puneti pe tipuri de legume de baza ( vinete, dovlecei, cartofi, etc. ), sau prajiturile pe tipuri de fructe, cu coacere si fara, cu ingrediente specifice ( paste Kaifa, etc. ), sa avem timp sa le procuram, etc. Multumesc din Romania / Italia.
