Nablusi Kunafa from Palestine!!! The soft one (nama) with cheese is best eaten fresh when cheese is melted. It won't taste any good when it's not molten. I used to eat crispy kunafa with cream in Saudi Arabia but after moving to Canada, I had the authentic Palestini Kunafa here and fell in love with soft cheese kunafa
