    I agree with this comment. In class we are told what to do but your videos could help us understand more philosophy on how to achieve it. Our teachers are brilliant assets but watching a video gives us more time and we can replay it over and over. Hearing another method to achieve the movement could unlock our understanding and connect our minds with our bodies more. Thank you. We appreciate your channel.

    Just realized that I still have the flexibility at age 56 but not the strength. Like if I’m moving with gravity then I’m almost the same flexibility but if I go against gravity like arabesque I can’t do it the same. The muscles just aren’t as strong. ❤

    core strength, backs of legs and glutes, back strength and flexibility, it's a whole body exercise really! advanced and something to work up to.
