Aapko aisa lagta hai pr agar main kofte ko fry kar leti to patto ke nutrition sab khatm ho jate or sabji or bhi unhealthy ho jati maine only 2 tbs oil liya hai aap 1tbs le sakte hai pr kofte bnane ka Sahi tarika ye hai
