Yeah but then it's not really a list of all the best classes, if you made a list of classes that is not based on how strong or meta they are then you need to include all of the classes no matter how much they cost and i would say if cost is a problem then time to farm should be to cuz what's worth more than actual time itself. So you could spend no time at all to get a class with just some money that is just as good or even better than most classes in the game. Thats why you should have been fair and actually put the best classes on the list. Btw arch paladin and cav weren't on the list but scarlett sorceress and vampire lord were, i mean i see your point but i just don't agree at all. Even low level and begginer players could invest some time to get much better classes it's not that hard. The list is fine but it's not realistic.

I used to play when level 40 and level 45 was level cap and cyrelr was most popular server

Honorable mention is Psionic Mindbreaker. You have to buy a membership pack for the privilege of getting it, but for a freebie class it's insanely good. At level 50 you hit consistent 6-8k's with your 5, and being able to constantly regen mana and health whenever you need it is pretty useful. Just spam 2, alternate 3 and 4 and hit 5 when it's ready. I can solo anything other than bosses that either 12 hit kill you, or have weird mechanics (like Tibicenas, Xiang Twins, Vath's stupid dragon, etc.)

Those were the time. such a good old day. you actually need to put in the hours to farm for reputation. like you mention, class such as necromancer, even ranger class. like there's no way to get other than actully put in the time. Now, you can get any class you want by just throw in 2K AC.

I really like for a soloing class timeless/arcane dark caster. But I just came back after a 6 year break and am just getting newer stuff. I played since 2008 but took a huge break. Then played again then another huge break. Right now I'm just doing stuff that I wanted back in the day that were only like NPC items that we can now get :)

In my opinion i'd say that the best classes are those that can be farmed AND used in endgame content, notable mentions are those of support classes. When u say best that means encompassing different roles as well. AP, LoO, SC etc. Should've made this list, if not on honorable mentions.

I think that CAv should made it on this list. CMIIW but due to the moderate farm (even tho it took 1 month weekly quest) but I think the class is actually not that hard to get (especially when you have u support / endgame classes) because it might be comparable to void highlord. Dangg bro we have the same taste especially with archfiend. In my opinion, it's prolly more efficient and easier to use than revenant. I hate spamming literally all skills when farming, and lr requires you to do that. On the other hand, you just spam 2 and 3 with af, you dont even need to use 4 if you are using health vamp.

Used it farming LT on fotia, for me its better than aoe class in that situation cuz u dont need to kill all monster in that room or walk to the other room, it just one shots that monster and u dont need to worry about the other and u good to go turn in.

For most classes i couldnt agree more on the list.. but now Ultra Bosses becoming a meta. CAv should've made the list as it easily provides the best sustainability, for team fight. Its personally my goto class when fighting Ultra bosses.

Tbf, with how prevalent ultra bosses have become in the game - it could be argued that CAV should've made the list but I decided against it as it's quite a long farm for a class. Also, CAV no longer has loopable taunt and it's dps is a lot lower than it used to be. The only players who have CAV are end game players and most of them just bank it when they get it.

Let me also add that ArchFiend is the best semi-AFK farming class (and yes I have LR but it doesn't work for semi-afk farming) just use health vamp and spam 2nd and 3rd skill with one hand and just read a novel or watch ricochet's video on your phone XD

I would say yami is worth more than light caster prefer for you not to buy lightmage because at end game like fighting ultra light caster don't have damage reduce skill and only have healing and DPS skill

Tbh I wouldn’t get either unless you’re in it for soloing hard bosses/ no friends otherwise cdk is all you’ll need for hard bosses that isn’t the ultra bosses. In parties, you’re one shotting desolich the most hp boss that isn’t an ultra one in like 15seconds.

@@taynansombra Yeah chrono dataknight. You get one shotted solo with cdk with no support against hard bosses not including ultra bosses. For ultra bosses, I don’t recommend getting any calendar classes except ssot which you already have or you can wait til continuum is for AC’s. I have continuum and wow it’s pretty op. Very good against engineer, dage, (with drakath it’s a bit spotty as you may die very late during the fight, when he’s at like 3mil hp left and it’s especially good at the world raid as it can support Up to 20 players.

I have lr and vhl but my main class is dragon of time. In terms of all situation farming and soloing if i compare lr and dot. I prefer dot because it has more survivability and it can farm too.

Lightcaster outdpsing vhl in longer fights was before the buffs they gave to vhl. Due to the scaling of vhl's defense lowering, in longer fight, vhl will beat out both revenant and lightcaster to such an extent that it's not even funny. Thankfully the revert back to the old base numbers made it not deal twice the solo dps of these other alternatives but it still blows everhthing out of the park.

Also, if you're reading this and going "damn, does this even mean lightcaster and revenant are worth getting?" yes, yes they are. Lightcaster is besides RNG on the abezeth a 3 hour grind with even suboptimal setups and comparatively to the time spent grinding it, i cannot recommend this class enough considering it can solo 99% of content at not just a decent pace but one competitive to other classes that may take months grinding.

@@qwoz2327 let me add something for LC and LR LC and LR unlike VHL can easily double or even triple an entire team's worth of damage rather than VHL where it can barely share its buffs/debuffs for example when fighting champion drakath its actually much easier to use LR than VHL (LR has to use healer enchants tho for HP) this way the AP and LoO's heal will crit more and even heal 30% base more making the 5mil HP champ drakath still managable (LR's defense buff is 40% which is still a reliable tank sinceVHL can do 50% consistently and reach 80 in short burst) but the main importance of LR is that no one dies thanks to the buffed heals (the only downside of LR is that sometimes you will deal 2 million damage in short burst the enrage might not be on cooldown especially if the AP loves dropping (5) since drakath's damage isnt high yet) LC on the other hand will give 150% more damage to everyone at full stack and can heal (literally a DPS healer support) LR gives 130% more damage for comparison (and 30% crit damage and chance) also IDK why but when using LR and fighting high damage enemies (not 1 hit KO) LR is much more faster than VHL since LR's wont have to sacrifice its damage over defense while VHL needs to switch its rotation for more defense sometimes overall LR/LC/VHL are worth getting as an endgame classes even after the buffs and nerfs they have gone through (especially that LR's monstrous grind is now lowered thanks to dage the dark lord) in the end VHL is a tanky soloer and can solo high damage boss reliably (and woohoo big damage numbers) while LR and LC is still good at solo but shine in teamfights where they can share their damage bonus to an insane degree (literally i used VHL and an LR was present my (5) literally crits at 70K(im using polly roger and archfiend spear) where its normally around 20-30K

To get lightcaster you should do /join lostruinswar, talk to aranx and u have to pay 1.2k acs and finish the quest needed, for legion revenant you would need a dark caster class before going /join revenant and getting rep 10 to actually do the quest for it

@@neangetsu true but at the level you get CAV your hit chance is over 100% the only way you can miss is when the enemy's dodge triggers which is around 10-15%? and with CAV's 3 skill it will be reduced to none since evasion corrupted is 100% trigger rate also CAV is tanky enough to miss a hit and survive till the next drop but yea it kinda slows your fight

Personally think SWOT should be on the list because it's amazing at soloing and farming and it's really fun to use. I got it like a week ago and it has definitely become my favourite class. Once you learn the combos it's just a pleasure to use. For the people that want the know the combos i did a lot of research and have found out that the best combos for offense and defense are: 53243232-for DPS and people will tell you other ones but this is the best you can try it out(i was reaching 110K dots with this combo easily and consistently with exalted apotheosis and i would recomend that somethimes you do 23 and not 32 at the end of the combo for even higher dps 4353232-for defense and those one shot bosses-this is not a fullproof defense you kinda have to get used to it but i did solo ice wing general and legion lich lord quite easily.

Great list ricco. I agree on almost all of this, especially legion rev. Easily the most overrated class. Getting VHL means you can now solo bosses that you never could have before, getting legion rev means .... you can kill stuff two second faster? Sure glad I spend 140 hours for that 🤣

Legion revenant has op buff, it's AOE, and the best farming class. In terms of high HP mob Legion revenant is way better. VHL has been recently outclassed by the class Chaos Avenger, which has better survivability. For soloing boss any chrono class can get it done faster than VHL. What makes legion revenant better than VHL is the buff which vhl lacks.

@@spiare9162 Yeah but killing enemies 2 seconds later rather than being able to kill and survive things you couldn't boons a better boost for the player. There's a lot of farming class options now too that don't really do significantly worse than LR does. Plus high Hp enemies aren't super common, and you're not going to be having that issue frequently enough compared to being able to solo a boss. Imo, VHL still has better value than LR. Plus to even get CA, you're gonna need someone with VHL. Kinda redundant atp.

@@Black2overlord first of all I'd like to say you don't need vhl at all to get cav. I've killed ultra drakath with legion doomknight using scroll of enrage for taunt, and it was very easy. If legion doomknight can do it I guess lr can do a better job. Some people say Dragon of Time is the best for ultra drakath, and what are the bosses that lr cannot solo? Legion revenant has really good durability and it is actually one of the best, which you can observe when it goes against ultra bosses. I think Legion revenant has better value than VHL because of its ability to buff it's party significantly.

@@spiare9162 VHL is the easiest and most reliable to do it with. Hence why you see it the most. I didn’t say it was the ONLY choice. Also what bosses cant VHL solo that LR can? Again, atp you’re most likely going to have a farming class. Buffing is redundant as support classes exist, and a dps/tank is a better paring with support classes than a mixed hybrid of all. LR is just too out of the way and still boons less of an OVERALL boost to the player thag can’t be filled by any other existing classes already. VHL has had several nerfs and still remains relevant and top. Enough said. I like dage, but VHL is overall a better class, easier to get, benefited the solo player better, and since it’s not trying to do so many things at once, it’s shines heavily at what it does. There’s plenty of viable farming classes that can substitute LR, before endgame. Same with support classes. Most classes that compete with VHL are either endgame already, or calendar classes. And those don’t count we know why.

Hey fellow aqw players. Anyone knows how to use immortal chronomancer without dying? Like some boss can crit me and kill me in 1 hit, like the ultra bosses. They crit me 5000 damage and my hp is only like 2400+. Like ultra chaos lord Alteon.

I think you cant do solo bosses that have attack power half or above of your health

when you have all of the class listed in the vids hahahaha

Id say CAv is top 3 due to having good range and being almost unkillable while having similar damage to VHL.

CAV is a really good class but it takes really long to get - I was close to putting it on my list but I decided not to.

Oh fo f... sake man what is CAV? abreviations are useles why cant you just say the actual class name are you all that lazy you cant actually type it out, abreviations dont work with classes there is a class in the game that goes by DOT abreviation, which means damage over time not dragon of time jeez

@@cjsanchez5848 where the v come.... ĺet me guess theres another class in game which abreviation has already taken the CA so you just extended it to v, seriously guys stop using abreviations for classes is not fancy its not cool its not professional and if anything it just shows how lazy you are, theres over 150 classes in aqw each with their own name, nobody has time to memorize 40 or 50 abreviations because the modern gamers decided this was the way to go

yeah, same here, it has pretty much better kit compared to LDK in terms of survivability, whats da point of high dps if ya cant survive long enough to kill bosses.

Its just his preferences, LR is better than archfiend at any angle but he put it in 5 because of its harder to get. Even LoO is godly at supporting but its not on the list

archpaladin requires multiple rank 10 reputations and a long quest line to complete. It has good solo dps and great defensive ability. Unfortunately, its mainly only useful as a boss against ultra bosses - a better alternative for 90% of bosses would be LDK.

if you are a legion you could farm for LR but if you are a free player LR is the solution cause for VHL you could farm for that class way more ez than LR
