In short - This class is all about activating the world. Once you are in that phase it matches and beats the other top classes (for now until it probably gets nerfed lol). Its just whether you can put up with the 30-35 second build up to that :)

even without the "THE WORLD" Buff it's still has strong damage thanks to skill 5th. and it's not super long build up to the world state. i can bet you that you are not finish in ultra bosses and arcana already activated the world.

the only problem I have with Arcana is the survivability, it sucks in healing, while vhl and cav are very good at it. but damage and speed wise Arcana is very good than vhl. vhl gets more damage because of dauntless but without it, it's no where near Arcana. let say if you don't have forge enhancement, Arcana has more damage because of it's shaman like skill amd it's speedy like Archfiend.

Oh and it’s all proportionate , so if you full wiz revenant and full wiz arcana , the outcomes of course scale still. Just for those who have no end game enhancements :)

I cant express this enough. For Farming use Elysium, and Bossing use Ravenous. (Besides for those who do not have Endgame Enhancements, stick with full wizard.) Yes, for farming, just 2->345 spam 345. PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, if you are Bossing actually pick your debuffs. Aint nothing like boosting your DoT DAMAGE then NOT using the DoTs in The Fool. For Bossing, I suggest Using the following-> Fool: -22% Damage Resist Empress: DoT Emperor: -22% Damage Resist Hierophant: -22% DoT Resist Hermit: -22% Dodge Wheel of Fortune: -22% Hit Chance Death: 5s delayed DoT Temperance: Ramping DoT Tower: -22% Phys and Mag Resist Star: -22% DoT Resist After this you can just reverse the rest (Moon, Sun and Judgment) because you get a MOT with The Star. I did testing and i have found for Bossing: Ravenous, Pnuema and Vaingory are the Best. Avg, 21k Dps, with 1m hp bosses and 40-60k on 10+ million hp bosses SPAM 5 off cooldown. Start with 5, (spam it off cooldown). So 5, then hit 2 to summon The Fool. Then immediately use 4 to reverse The Fool. So this-> 524 then at this point you just use 3 to summon The Arcana. So that 3 starts the climb lol. So your starting numbers should look like this-> 5243, start pressing 3 then use 4 to reverse the above Arcana. REMEMBER TO HIT 5 WHENEVER YOU CAN. **NOTE** You can hit C key/look at you character overview and see the list of Arcana and WHAT they do. Its SITUATIONAL, so reverse which one the situation calls for.

love the video but I honestly believe it should go 2,4,3,5 cause the fool has a very nice reverse debuff, but guess that's only for bosses

It's actually possible this class to solo Nightbane (Saw it on YT) I messed up on some part but its manageable. The trick is to get 'End of the World' Buff first on another map before going to Nightbane and using 2, 3 and 5 (Need to time a bit on using 5) Ofc u need to use potions like Potent Mal, Sage and Potent Honor but with the enchants are different Elysium, Healer, Pneuma and Absolution

They emergebcy buffed this class a few days after release. They buffed cav and vhl a few years back. And DoT still gets no love other than being recognized as an endgame class. If they can't change how dots and item boosts interact, they should just buff the dot imo

ZA WARUDO is AQW canon now

Its debuff are actually stronger outside of The World, you just have to think about using 4 a bit more. I think it's a compensation for lack of dps. Just have your party carry you for a sec with all your full power dmg res, hybrid res, and dot res reductions

I did tests and it is better then vhl in longer fights, but still can’t outpace chronos

yes. chrono are best but in ultra most chrono are useless except support chrono.

Hobo highlord is better than arcana in pvp Edit: Thanks to your guide I complete all the quest, the last one was ZZZ too much farming those insignia 7-7

Hahahaha , to be fair I won’t be swapping vhl anytime soon, but I did get up to 46k damage a second solo so it could give it a good run for its money sometimes 😂

Yeah, it only beats it for higher hp mobs but then again, you'll just equip a chrono for a mob that high so for average health enemies, your most likely going to equip vhl so vhl is still king.

You probably don't know how to use it right lol, I have the class and I soloed ultrawarden with it during the world phase of course, other bosses include the legion lich lord. The dps actually surpass VHL and CAV and this is when I SOLOED the legion lich lord. Also, I don't know why are you even saying it's shit for farming. It can actually kill two hydras in /hydrachallenge with the world activated at the same time. These monsters can one shot you if you're using lr or archmage. Probably you're just unskilled at using this class for farming, because they intended to make the class excel at farming and soloing in the first place.
