How accurate! As of Tuesday, I'm out on a leave of absence from work. My toxic manager finally broke me Sunday evening. I knew I had to get out. Sunday was the last straw. I've filed a formal HR complaint and a report to EEOC, documented everything. She is already trying to find out what my witness heard of Sunday's interaction and change the script. Saying "we are family". As if! It's out of my hands now, I'm out. Now to concentrate on finding some peace of mind.
I'm grateful that my life is heading in the right direction. I'm waiting for the blessings that I manifest into my life.

He picked himself back up and is back on track but he only just slipped last week and here we are. He went to a meeting right away. He is on the path to healing and I giving him positive encouragement but I’m scared. We have only been married 4 years so I only know the sober him, my king and now I hear the story’s playing back in my head of all the terrible events that took place in his life when he was drinking, all that he lost. Your husband must do a COMPLETE 4Th. step inventory and "confess" (Step 5) the secret he has intended to take to his grave with him. Lack of honesty is the reason most alcoholics drink again. Seems likely that Bernice his stepmom was molesting my son and she wasn’t a good person in our life and it made my son bisexual and he had to sleep with everyone from the drama she caused him.
