After I finished this reading, I got the message that the "shadow work" for some of you is resolving a pattern of walking away from relationships when they become difficult or triggering in order to protect yourself. At one point in your life this was necessary and protective, but you are now at a point where this tendency to shut down or withdraw is sabotaging relationships that are aligned for you.

You said something to the effect of you're hiding to keep yourself safe but that is what is putting you in danger... Just after those words something hanging on the wall in my shower 'fell' and the crash was so loud it spiked my anxiety and I nearly passed out. These things have fallen before, the noise they made was loud, they sounded like they were thrown, the crash was so loud I thought the shower glass was breaking, and they fell on the opposite side of the shower from where they were hung 4ft across from one corner to the other... I know it could be a coincidence but I'll be damned if it wasn't a very well timed coincidence lol. I'm paying extra close attention now! ❤
