I should start adding new skill sets and try to find better opportunities and not to get stuck with where I am now. Time to update your resume and seriously look for a better job and higher pay. Humans by nature are dishonest, some at the fault of narcissism, others for self-preservation whether to protect their economic status, personal insecurity, or combination of the two. Institutions were formed by humans thus imperfect, it is to be expected. As stoicism teaches, lower your expectation of others thus never be disappointed. Negative but not without truth. On a positive vibe, Epictetus commented long ago that "Another person will not do you harm unless you wish it, you will be harmed at just the time at which that time you allow it." In other words, nothing is predetermined unless you allow fate to dictate your destiny. You do have the power within yourself to alter the outcome. Yes, energy does exist that will influence our destiny, but the future is yet to be written and can be changed. We determine the outcome if we a allow ourselves. Lost causes do NOT exist unless we allow it. Best of luck and proceed without fear utilizing sound judgement to guide your path. Blessed Be and try to accentuate positive energy in all pursuits.
