The motor held up fine. I think these can take some abuse, though there is some debate over whether a thrust bearing is needed. I've run it on 7S for giggles. Just 2 or 3 short passes. Nothing blew up, but I didn't push it. Lipos did ok. I would max out on C rating. ESC has since gone to ESC Heaven a month later. It was actually a milder setup than the one shown here. I don't know what really happened, but I have yet to rebuild. The boat and replacement ESC have been collecting dust.

I think in the high 50s - low 60s. I got one gps reading of 64 mph, but for just one pass. I'm not sure if I'd swear by it. No, it is not more powerful than a TP 4092, but I'm not sure if a 4092 would fit as a single. The can on this motor is only 65mm long. Also, the 4092 is more conventional so there are more proven setups to learn from.

Hi, how did the motor, esc and lpos hold up? is it still going with no problems, i got the same motor going in a FC Cheetah just looking for more feedback on the same setup.
