It can lead to challenges if you are using chemically alkaline water. The electrolyzed reduced water I share is NOT chemically alkaline. I share more in the masterclass: laprentissdemond.com/water-presentation/ But to be honest, we shouldn’t be drinking water when consuming food. Your food should be going down with saliva to help break it down for the stomach. And if you’re properly hydrated, you have the saliva to make that happen.

Unfortunately they don’t ship this water to the U.S. Looking at the website I don’t see a way of getting this water unless you send it to me
