I love how these turned out!! -I'm exactly the same as you with mattes, I'm so picky lol 😂The next best one I've found is named Golden Rose Matte - I found it off ebay from bulgaria, but it's dirt cheap and so far I've re-ordered it three times. Lots of love and tfs ❤️️Xx

It’s dry to the touch in about 10 mins and fully dry after 20 minutes. I usually set a timer for 15 minutes and then go about my business.
