Man, the Bulls had it all. Elite offense in Jordan/Pippen/Kukoc, great defense from Jordan/Pippen/Harper/Rodman (maybe four of the best ever at D), and great utility/role players in Kerr, Longely and Brown.

Randy Brown is a great all around player and played solid D for the Bulls too

The atmosphere is so much better than today and there is some actual defense.. I watched pelicans vs rockets last night n I saw half a dozen missed open layups and two dunks blown.. no defense being played 3 times players hit their own guys in the back with the ball throwing the ball out of bounds on the inbound after a shot it’s just pitiful to watch

Man I miss theses days the bulls in the playoffs with black socks and black shoes man these was the days

Whoever came up with playing “Hit the road Jack” after an ejection was a genius!

Alonzo let them get under his skin too easily. Rodman had a field day, messing with him! LOL! But at least he was passionate and wanted to win..

there is absolutly no team in NBA history that could have beaten THIS Bulls Team in a 7 game series...not even close... only 2 teams i can think of that could take it to 7 maybe, would be the 2002 Lakers and the 2017 Warriors...and throw in the 2013 Heat.. for GOAT arguments sake... )))

Kukoç & Longley took care of the game i remember well and PiP / MJ took over on the 2nd half

He has rings with Magic and the Lakers, so he will be fine. I know he wanted one BAD in the 90's though, against Jordan. He wanted to dethrone the shit outta MJ! lol! But I think it was mostly against Phil Jackson. They have a competitive history together.

Riley was not the coach of the Knicks in 96. Jeff Van Gundy was the coach, and the Bulls and Knicks didn’t play each other in the playoffs in 97. They should’ve, but that was the year the Knicks and Miami had that brawl and the players came off the bench and got suspended which changed the course of that series.

According to an abnormal percentage of present NBA fans, the Bulls played during a weak NBA….I must have missed that fact watching the NBA from about 1984-2000

Toni Kuckoc reminds me a little of Larry Bird. Not very athletic, but somehow, damn near unstoppable when he gets going.

He may not seem “very athletic” compared to some other NBA players but he is very athletic compared to the normal person. You have have to be a great athlete to compete the NBA period.

The 96 Bulls didn’t beat up on a bunch of scrubs in the playoffs. They knocked out the Heat (how the hell were they an 8???), the Knicks, the Magic, and the 64 win Sonics. Only lost 3 times.

Oh no doubt u r right on about that… 92 heat series was his best overall performance.,86 vs Celtics and 88&89 vs cavs is close but overall is Miami in 92… 45 10 7 on 61 percent shooting and 46 percent from 3… just beast mode

Luc held his own against 3 hall of fame centers in those playoffs!

Comparisons are always made between past and present teams, claiming one is better than the other. I’m a Celtics fan. The 80s Celtics were among the best in NBA history. Even though I’m partial to Boston, the 90s Bulls were arguably the best team to ever step on the court.

For three seasons beginning in 1994-95, the NBA attempted to address decreased scoring by shortening the distance of the line from 23 ft 9 in (7.24 m) (22 ft (6.71 m) at the corners) to a uniform 22 ft (6.71 m) around the basket. Thats why everyone was shooting lights out. They were making 2 point shots.
