pile 2 - i was bedridden for months and months due to burnout, and my partner was preparing every meal for me. today was the second day in a row where he didn't, and though it gave me a panic attack, i managed to do it myself! without dissociation or meltdown, "just" talking to myself out loud the whole time (and yeah also bickering at him, i was scared and he broke a promise and that's triggering for me). i managed to not feel ashamed for any of it and even found a new perspective - it's time, i healed enough to take the first baby steps by myself! i am so happy i am not a 100% burden anymore, just 90% now :)
