I’m happy you talked about the cons of the Reverie notebook! On one hand, It is such a cool idea to have a bullet journal with paper that can handle true watercolor!! Plus the cover is insanely beautiful, better than any of the regular smooth paper bujos out there. On the other hand, you ended up drawing the watercolor spread on another notebook and then gluing a scanned copy anyway, so you didn’t really use the watercolor paper of this bujo. Yet the rough texture made your fine liners dry, and also frays your brush pens. Another challenge: drawing a masterpiece on dot grid paper makes it difficult to scan and convert it into printable stickers and other merch. It’s tough to find a notebook that does it all 😅

I LOVE your set ups, you are SO GIFTED! I really enjoy watching you paint, I can’t even draw but I love watching you. I will be visiting your shop and wishing you all the best in this new venture! I love your PET tape congratulations 😊

I came across your page in like December and could not for the life of me find it again until another KZread tagged you because she used one of your prints! And I was so happy because I started painting because I saw your page I love how you use art in your journals and just scan them into digital formate 😊 I wanted to get a few (large cart now) and I am so happy to subscribe to you now I loved watching you paint and your theme for this month I love cherry blossom and April is the time for it!

Thank you so much! 🥹🤍 I usually have an idea of what I want, then I go over an embarrasing amount of real pictures, paintings or digital art to see different color combinations, detail options, styles etc. And then I make a sketch where I combine lots of the features I like the most to create the final image 😄 But this time in general I was inspired by the idea of cherry blossoms in Japan 😊🤍

I've been following you for years and what I like about your channel is that you are always very inspiring. Idk how much of a burden it is to come up with such a set up month after month, but it definitely does not show! Have you studied art or graphics design?
