Hi Paul, I have a question about the principal of supply and demand. How would the market value and market price of homes be affected by a manufacturing plant being closed down in that neighborhood? Would there be a decrease in market value and an increase in market price? Or would it be something different? Thanks in advance!

I just had my exam and one of the questions was, a buyer looking for a property where she could have her nail salon, she purchased a property without checking the title for any lien or deed restrictions, after purchase the property she found out that there was deed where she couldn’t have a nail shop. Who fouls it was the buyer or the broker for not check at the deed?

Buyer needs too do homework.. I almost bought 2 lots and I wanted to build one house in the middle. I went to the city and 2 days b4 closing city permits told me removing that kotline had to go to board.. 10 month process. I told agent and cancelled deal. She put it back on market with out that info provided. Agents are not always truthful
