Yes join the Service and end up at Southend Stn, all you get is asked to attend to fetes, Doing vehicle cleaning, Station duties, and if you're very lucky to get called out to fires at least once a month, that's if you're lucky. Don`t listen to all the hype of them getting called out to emergencies every day, THEY DONT. And what you find anyway if you get called to fires the building burns down anyway, Mmmmm can`t understand that. It`s far better to have retained Fire personnel it`s a lot cheaper,
