usually it is always recommended to use latest opatch version. you can get the details of which opatch version from readme document of the psu

hey hi you said PSU(patch set update) patch but downloading cpu(critical patch update) patch....

it's actually old video. that time we used to have cpu and psu. we used to apply cpu. days changed and now we have only PSU. of course steps are almost same for both
