D7 and Jobseeker visa is different from each other. D7 is residency by passive income. While jobseeker visa, is jobseeker visa.

As per the Embassy of Portugal in Jakarta and VFS Jakarta, no need. If you'd like to make sure, email your VFS or go there to inquire. As they may require biometrics for some nationality.

Appointment is problematic in Nigeria 😂😂

Try to go and submit personally. As per the email of VFS Jakarta, no need biometrics. Try. But at the same time, try to secure a booking too. Let me know if that works
