Hey! Great video. I'm also watching these because no video seems to clarify what exactly counts as proof of funds, so thanks for clarifying that. I was wondering though, does the proof have to be in Australian dollars or can it be in any currency? Because when exchanging currencies, banks usually take a small percentage of fee, so if for some reason my visa would be declined, I would be paying for the money exchange for no reason.

It can be in either currency :)

They can request a health check if something on your application flags up. I didn’t need to do anything like this so I’m not too sure what you have to proove. Hope this helps

You can transfer on the same day of the application and it won’t impact anything

Do I need MOI? It's a Mode of Instruction or an English certificate

Nice video! Great information. But as far i know, there is no problem if you have children or not, u just can’t bring them with you, no dependents applying on the visa is the requirement

The gov website does still mention we need to do 3 months of specified work to become eligible for a second Working Holiday visa. However you mentioned that farm-work is no longer needed?

Hi! If you apply for your second year after the 1st of July 2024 (this year) you will not need to do the 88 days Farm work. Hope this helps 😊

How does it work with the age limits? You say in the video that if i want to stay there for 3 years i must apply when im 31/32, due to the age limit of 35. What happens if i apply at 34 (for example) and then i want to stay 3 years? I simply cannot apply for the 2nd year visa ?

Honestly I don’t know, have a look on the Department of Home Affairs website. All I know is that the age limit is 35 (for some countries). I’m not sure if you need a different visa once you turn 35

Use a screenshot or statement of your normal bank account. You cant open an aus bank until a couple of weeks before moving there anyway x
