my mother is attending a family wedding in July 2022. I have the wedding invitation and we will be staying in a house. What proof do I need provide for her Purpose of Travel? I am not staying in a hotel or booked my flight tickets yet. Can I just show wedding invitation?

My wife and I have been married 10 years and have a child together. We want to go back to Canada and apply for her PR through Spousal Sponsorship. We are selling our house, car and business here to start over in Canada. But the Visit VISA is for visit only. If we mention our true intentions won't the Visit VISA be denied? I fail to see how inland application works if we need to come via visit visa. And if visit visa we need to prove ties to the home country of my wife. It's all very contradictory. What are our options here? I also sent an email to you hoping to retain your services in Canada.

Thank you for your inquiry! Based on what you've mentioned, it sounds like it would enhance your application to outline all three intentions in your application. The important thing is to make it very clear that your stay is temporary an that you have strong ties to your home country and Germany, and that you will leave at the end of your stay. In general, Visitor Visas can be quite difficult to obtain so it's very important to create a strong application. Best of luck with your travels!

I just was rejected .the reason is purpose of vist.i had airplan ticket reservation along with hotel reservation but I forgot to write that I has been rejected for us visa and also I didn't put my marriage and my identity card of my family .do you think what's the true reason and what I should do to reapply?

Hi, Is it advisable to attach tentative bookings of hotel and a flight reservation booking to the trv application. I will be mentioning toirism as the reason. Have been advised against it by several people including RCIC's.

william marques You can but it does not affect the issuance of the visa and if you don’t get the visa, you might lose your ticket so recommended to get a refundable ticket.

Hi Yasir - In order to submit a strong visitor visa application you would need to demonstrate ties to your home country (employment, housing, return plane ticket etc...). Hello, from our understanding there is no fiance visa category to Canada. We recommend that you visit IRCC's website to learn about the requirements to apply for a visitor visa.

If the form for the TRV to Canada asks you about previous refusals to other countries, then yes you need to disclose in the form the US refusal and the details of this refusal.

However, keep in mind that processing times can vary depending on her country of citizenship, and also visitor visas can be fairly difficult to obtain. You should not travel to Canada for the only purpose of giving birth as birth tourism is often frowned upon by the Canadian government and Canadians. Travel to Canada should be for tourism, visiting family or business purposes.

It depends on the exact tasks that you will do, if you are taking the position of a Canadian resident in terms of entering the Canadian labor market, you might actually need a work permit and a study permit. You will need to contact the institution and ask these questions.

If you are coming to take a French or English class for less then 6 months, then you do not need a study permit and yes you can attend those classes with visitor status.
