The Apple Barn is an all-time favorite. I've been going there to eat for many years. It's a must stop every time I'm in the area. I never cared for apple butter and never eat apple butter anywhere but there. And they sell their apple butter at the gift store next door. I always stock up on that and the James and jellies when we come out. Also purchase a bunch of it to give family and friends. The apple fritters are absolutely amazing. We've always had good service except for one time we had a few issues a couple years ago and instead of getting online and just commenting and complaining to others I spoke with the manager and he was so over the top super nice and rectified the situation. But that's only one time in all the years I've been coming down that there was any issue at all. And they were extremely busy and we had a new waiter.

I came there as a child, Brought my kids there and it’s Always our first stop as soon as we get into pigeon forge!! Love It !!

Funny thing about those birds you filmed there, they are kinda like the lobsters at Red Lobster, you can choose one for them to cook for you. It’s a good place to eat, other than the choose your own bird, we usually do lunch there since it’s close to half the price of dinner.

Been to the Smokey Mountains 10 or 12 times in the past 25 years. Just went to that restaurant for the first time in June. We sat in one of the swings. Had breakfast and it was great. So much character and charm in that place. Good food and service.

This is always our last morning - heading home - tradition! We always have to go here for breakfast before we head home! Such wonderful memories and so many changes to the farm! When we first started visiting - huge apple orchards covered the hillsides! So glad y'all are back and feeling better! Try the breakfast one day as well! Found it on our 2nd trip to PF....back in 2002. Been going several times a year for 21 years now. Ask for a tour as it used to be a real house. Love the entire plaza as you can easily spend several hrs walkin and lookin. The food.... depends on what you get, some dishes are GREAT others are so-so. The apple chicken or pork chop is on point 😊 Go at Christmas its awesome

We have been there numerous times...no complaints whatsoever!You guys should check out the breakfast ,its great also!!So happy you finally made it there!😄❤

Heard about this place more than once. Looked good. Getting in to Gburg this upcoming weekend for a week and I suspect, with all the reviews, we are going to have a hard time deciding which places to try this trip! Enjoyed it. Thanks for sharing.

Our family ate here in July. I had the fried chicken was DELICIOUS 😋 I had the broccoli bake side and was not my fav. This will be on our must eat on our next vist.😋👍🏻❤ Thanks for sharing 😊

We always eat there and have never been disappointed. The vegetable soup is another great item. One of the best places to eat. Try their ice cream shop next to the restaurant. I recommend the peach when it's in season I believe its over a hundred years old farmhouse they turned into a restaurant.

We have eaten there several times, family of 5. The Apple Julip recipe is on a poster on one of the walls near the exit. Our oldest daughter loved this so much, we made it for her HS graduation party to share with all her friends. I am sure they had heard about the Julip many times from her.

If you are talking about the one in Sevierville it’s closed now!! We loved it

So it looks like they got their have brought back a lot of their menu items. We went last year and the fish was gone. The menu was tiny. This year we were planning on going to Paula Deans restaurant cuz we were a little disappointed last year.

We have been coming there for years. The Apple wood Farmhouse Restaurant was once a farmhouse. It was converted into a restaurant and opened in 1986. The Farmhouse Grill opened in 1995. We started eating there around 1990. It has never disappointed us. I thought I had remembered that it was once an actual farmhouse so I googled to make sure. Glad y'all enjoyed it so much.
