I finally decided to brake and get an Apple Watch! I got the series 6, 44mm. Your video got me so excited for it! I’ve seen this video before but when I thought I was never getting one so I wasn’t this excited. Totally agree, I splurged and ordered one of these bands for my Series 5 and I absolutely love it, hands down the most comfortable band I have ever owned.

I like some apple product , I’ve had PowerBooks & MacBooks and powermacs but I will never buy a Apple iwatch! A watch is like kind of a life commitment you can pass down to the next generation. Apple watches are not cheap and you can’t keep upgrading all the time it like a Mac! Which is why it is not a good idea... the first or second gen iWatches will obviously be obsolete and useless to use in years to come. If you look how many Justine has in her draw then you know what I mean!

Concept Creator I thought I was the only one who’s not a fan of (and doesn’t like) smart watches all that much. Pretty much anyone else I’ve come across seems to think they’re the greatest tech thing after the original iPhone, and I often get called off or even insulted for stating my “non-interest” - for example, literally just about an hour ago a dude (to say it politely) called _me_ useless because I said I don’t think smart watches are that useful.

LucienSabre - Cool anecdote. Without judging you, I can tell you that I used to hate the concept of smart watches, because at the time they were janky and not at a useful state yet. I’ve always been into fancy mechanical movement watches, but I eventually got an Apple Watch and honestly I feel like I’m missing out on all the functions if I’m not wearing it. I can’t wear the other watches now, because the Apple Watch is more accurate, with a million other functions right there on my wrist. This made me realize that the mechanical watches like Rolex, Omega, etc. are actually loved as well crafted jewelry, not the best timekeeping device you could be wearing. Everyone should wear what they like, so I won’t be looking down on anyone wearing their choice of watch (or no watch at all).

Fido Montoya I still...not hate, but _dislike_ the concept a bit....but it’s only because being old school in a lot of things I see all watches, including smart ones, as just that: timekeeping devices; so I don’t really understand (yet) the reason for cramming dozens of other features who have nothing to do with keeping track of time on a watch, when you already have a phone for them.

LucienSabre The issue with that perspective is that most of the features on the Apple Watch would be impossible or useless to integrate into an iPhone. The ECG, blood O2 level, fall sensor, fitness tracking, etc. all require the use of a smart watch because of the size and skin-to-skin contact. These features can actually save lives. I’m looking into an Apple Watch because I have heart problems which it’s pretty good at detecting and notifying you about. This way, it becomes more of a heath AND timekeeping device, hope that makes a little sense.

I just ordered the blue one today; I was going to get the silver aluminum like I have now because it matches my bass better but the more I looked at it I couldn’t resist! Last April that I gotten an Apple Watch SE in space grey at Target. I was using Apple Watch series 2 for almost 2 years. I got it for this one app for my car that is on my iPhone and even on my watch,too. I even have an Apple Watch Series 1. My first 2 Apple Watches were refurbished when I got them. I just loved opening new product from Apple.

Anyone else curious what Justine does with the old apple products. 😂 😂 Justine should do a video about those if hasn’t already and tell us or sell them

PSA about the blood oxygen sensor and its usefulness on the new watch: I'm a PA. Knowing your blood oxygen level is pointless if you're healthy and don't have chronic lung diseases like COPD. I guarantee you, if you're otherwise healthy, your SpO2 will never go below 95%. Please don't buy this watch if that's the only reason you want to upgrade. You'll 100% never use it other than the cute novelty factor, and the number you get from it will do absolutely nothing for you. I'll even take this one step further for COVID concerns. If you get COVID/flu/pneumonia/bronchitis bad enough, could your SpO2 drop a bit? Sure. But you know what? You'll feel symptoms before you notice a drop in your oxygen saturation. You'll have shortness of breath, cough, other respiratory symptoms. You can't "feel" an SpO2 change on its own just like you can't "feel" a change in your blood pressure on its own. What you'll feel are the symptoms associated with it if it gets bad enough (and you'll likely get seen at the doctor if you're having concerns should it get to that point). This feature is pointless for MOST people. If you actually have something like COPD and know your baseline SpO2 levels and know to monitor them, then by all means, this is a good investment. But that's a very small minority of people. And even then, you can buy a cheap pulse ox on Amazon for $30. I used to have one when I worked EMS. It worked fine. This is the same argument for the EKG monitoring. It actually gives a you a legitimate one lead rhythm, but unless you have a history of something like AFib where you want to check to see if you're in it or not (you also have to know how to actually identify AFib to begin with), it's not going to do much for you outside of the cool "look what my watch can do!" factor.

Last week on Friday afternoon that I gotten an Apple Watch SE in space grey at Target. It is a big upgrade from Apple Watch series 2. I got the SE for this on app for my vehicle. It was so easy to paired up towards my iPhone SE. I still can use my watch bands from the old one. I even updated shortly after getting the SE. I even asked my sister about it before she texted me back and texted me get it. I loved the SE so far!!

Mine did from wearing the sport loops. And yes that is a common thing. Your ring finger will do the same. Any time you wear something snug on your body for long periods of time, that will happen.
