Anjali you are a daughter of such a big farmer/businessman yet you and your whole family are so down to earth and humble. Everyone works togather hand in hand.

Very nice to see apple orchards full of ripe apples. The episode gave at idea of apple farming in Kinnaur. This has provided strength to economy of that area. There is no Palayan from that area unlike Uttarakhand villages. I have noticed there are a number of similarities in Kinnaur and Uttarakhand but local resources have not been utilised fully for providing livelihood there itItself in Uttarakhand. So people move out to cities for employment.When things get normal, I will visit Kinnaur.

ये तो आपने एकदम सही कहा मेरा भी मन करता है कभी मै भी कुछ दिन ऐसे पहाडी गांव मे जाकर कुछ दिन बिताऊ पर हम मुंबई से बाहर निकल नही पाते जीवन को मशीनरी बना दिया है।कभी घुमने जाते भी है तो कही ज्यादा देर तक नही रह पाते।पैसा बहुत है पर सूकून नही है।और पहाडो मै प्राकृतिक सौंदर्य के बीच सूकून ही सूकून है।धन्यवाद जी

i went to kalpa in kinnor some years back ...khud se bageeche se apples tod k khane ka apna hi mza tha ...mujhe yad hai mai kiyne saare apples kha gyi thi bahut juicy n sweet the ...or yaha Delhi me kitne bhi expensive purchase kr lo or dekhne me fresh pr wo baat kabhi nhi milti jo swaat yaha k sebon ka tha.

Bahut sundar,bahut achha laga ma'am....kinnaur to swarg jaisa hai...aur aap log bhi bahut achhe hai..red aur green apple wao..

being a himachali i want arise a issue Himachal is the one of the largest producer of apple in india.. in himachal all A grade apple is exported it is very shameful because the cost of apple in himachal is around 120 rupees to 250 rupees per kg price is no issue but issue is variety of apple we pay more cost but getting low grade apple govt should take some steps because we can not get quality according to apple price nowadays

I agree with you. Quality of the himachali apple we get in shops in Himachal is much lower than the quality we get in Delhi. Govt should look into this.

Himachal walon ki tasveer dekh nese muje yad ata hey ki jab ham bhi ushi jagah mei 5 saal tak rah chuka hun. Kullu, Manali ,Kangra ,Kinnaur sab ko bahut yad ata hey. Waha kissan kelye transportation ka bahut problem hey, khionky pahar ilaka mei saman lena dena bahut muskil hey. Islie sakkar ne kissano ko bahut khayal rakhna bahut jaruri hey. Himachal ko bahut bahut suagat karta hun.
