This was great, I added a little extra sugar but other than that this was delish!
You made it drink diliciues cold
Add yeast, cinnamon, a teaspoon of wheat grains, some clove and let ferment for about two weeks and you will get a very fine apple wine!

These days there are chances for apples to be wax coated so I make sure to peel them. If you prefer to use with skin you can do it.
