+IMASWIFTAR12 quick question how much did you pay for yours and how long ago did you get it? Because I got mine in January of 2014 for $400, The same price as this one! For some reason the iPad mini 2 was like $100 more back then for the 16 GB model. I wonder why it costed so much back then especially since the iPad mini 3 came out soon after, you would think both would be even cheaper I order to sell more before the new one.

I'm still using the iPad 3rd Gen. - can't wait to upgrade to the iPad Pro - waited sind 2014 for that device ... tried the Lenovo Yoga Tab 2 Pro - battery problem and the Samsung Note Pro 12.2 - display broke ... guess I have no luck with android devices.

Yes, I bought a mini 3 in February. I got it in space gray, 64GB for just over $400. I knew Touch ID was the only upgrade but since I didn't end up paying the extra $100, it was worth it to me. Great review Mike, I admit that the mini 4 is an excellent iPad. :)

I was going to get the iPad 2017. But I changed to the iPad mini 4 in 124G in gold. I'm very happy with it. It's light and easy to carry. The pixels are great. The speakers are amazing. Bigger isn't always better.

I don't know about others, but the iPad Mini 2 is my favorite. It's nice and fast, but not to thin/thick. Apple must love it too since they still sell it.

Reaction Therapy I would recommend getting the iPad 6th Generation (2018) it is only 329$ and it is really fast and has Apple Pencil support

Also, RIP mute/orientation lock switch. I do like the polished area in between the volume buttons, but the mute switch was so much better to have than that.

No, the fine prints were changed. The plastic wrapping the iPad is now matte. The label with your serial number is bigger too. Its much better than iPad Air 2's box

+Andrew Onde upgrade means he just simply buys a new one and keeps the old one. Depending on where you live, there are indeed stores that lets you trade your old device for a new one. Apple does this and they would give you gift cards for your next purchase when you send your old iPhone back. Not sure how the whole thing works though, but you get the idea. :)
