I did what video said but in the end when the Ipad turns on and the wifi connection it stuck to unable to activate because the activation server is temporarily unavailable and nothing more??

I did in the same way as you. I have also the same model as in the video- A1475. It was installed automatically the ios 12.4.7 (16G192). By at the end by activation I have this message: your ipad could not be activated because the activation server is temporarily unavailable. try connecting your ipad to itunes to activate it, or try again in a few minutes. if this problem persists, contact apple support. Could you please support?

In the spirit of sharing, just to let people know: this method worked for downgrades to IOS 10.3.3 until yesterday when Apple stopped signing that release - it now will not work as only IOS 11+ releases are signed......... Unless someone knows another way?
