JAM 🍎 APPLE AND CINNAMON
recipe ingredients
-FOR 700 TO 800ml jam we will need
1,200kg of apples or 6 apples
- the juice of a lemon
-240g of sugar
-1 cinnamon sticks
-400ml water
PRESCRIPTION EXECUTION
We start our recipe by cleaning the apples. Cut them into quarters and grate them on a coarse grater. Pour over the lemon juice and put them in a deep dish on the fire. Mix them with the sugar, cinnamon and water and as soon as it boils, turn it down to medium heat and let it simmer. Stir at regular intervals until our jam thickens. In 25 to 30 minutes the jam sets and shines. We have already sterilized the jars in the oven at 100 degrees for 15 minutes and they are ready to fill the jam. Hot jam and hot jar.
