So much more to the moon (and the effort to explore it) than most of us really appreciate. Makes it all the more astonishing that it has been 45 years since the last mission and we haven't been back, other than a few probes.

We should explore the oceans too! There's probably even more surface area and interesting things to explore, although re-visiting the Moon sounds good of course.

50 years now and Noone else has even tried to orbit, not even HEO, not even LEO. Many say nothing to do there or no money (all gone to the MOON), yet the are investing in ISS. More shows of hair all sticking "up" :)

Woaw a free clown show! After triumphant astronauts returned from their early flights, they paraded along beachside roads in Corvette convertibles, and the astronauts leased cars through Melbourne Chevy dealer Jim Rathmann. German connection all around, how wonderful and strange.

Good grief - He thinks this looks fake?? Well Mr - how about this simple example. Have you ever taken a moment in your undoubtedly busy life to take a look at WW 1 or WW II films? Compare them to something shot during the Gulf Wars for instance. Notice any difference in quality?? Its because of something called improved Photographic Tecnology. As such, I think film stock imaging - even though it was of high quality in its day -- is slightly different to modern digital cameras. If you've never caught on to that, then bloody hell, we ARE finished!
