This song is such a banger! 😌 It's actually the 2nd version. The European album version wasn't very satisfying for Adam, so he wanted to change up the lyrics and production. This is the version that the band plays live (without Adam, of course) to this day. Three Days Grace also played a guitar version for a few years. Adam actually quit Three Days Grace in 2013 and started a band called Saint Asonia with Mike Mushok from Staind. Their song Sirens ft. Sharon den Adel from Within Temptation is incredible, if you have any interest in reacting to it or hearing it otherwise.

Adam didn't leave 3DG until years after this song was released. 😅 There is actually another version with slightly different lyrics that were written by someone else, but Adam wasn't completely satisfied with those lyrics, so he reworked them for this version.
