Love this reaction video! Brent Smith is so intense. Anything he sings always hits to my core!! Not to mention what beautiful people he and all of Shinedown are! Thank you for your reaction to this and a lot of other music I listen to. Not many of you out here.

If you haven’t heard it, MONSTERS by Shinedown off of their Attention Attention album is a song I think you’d like very much. It reminds me of the older shinedown era that you were talking about. Brent smith is incredibly talented and such a charismatic wonderful guy. Seen them live too many times to count and they always steal the show and put on some of the best performances I have ever seen.

Apocalyptica is amazing, and this song combines their magic and Brent's awesome voice and presence.

Can NEVER hear enough of Brent's voice🥰🥰🥰

@@daphne9016 I've been cleaning out closets cause I will be selling my house next year and I found a cool US and THEM album t-shirt signed by the 2005 Shinedown members. It's red with beige lettering. I never wore it cause I was afraid of wiping off the signatures. I'm wearing it today. I had to tell you cause I know you would understand how precious it is to me 😆

@@daphne9016 Because I'm a grandma when I first met Brent I was really worried for him. He was kind but he looked kind of out of it.. That night I said a silent prayer . I hoped he would be alright. I always feel so happy that he kicked drugs and became so so famous

Brent Smiths voice is amazing. Im a massive Skynyrd fan but also love Shinedown. When i heard their cover of Simple Man i was in two minds but its epic!

Its absolutely his voice which still convey passion and soul. As they change their music Brent does change his vocals but he still sings the old songs live the same as he did. His vocals are a little different but still amazing and sounds like Brent Smith. Also if you want to hear those raw vocals listen to Smith and Myers Brent and Zach acoustic project his live vocals and recorded covers will blow you away. Especially live video of Smith & Myers cover Blue on Black w Kenny Wayne Sheppard playing with them better then the recorded song S&M. Brent went through pain in between Amaryllis & TTS. He fell off the wagon it was bad & broke up with his girlfriend at the time, been single since.

I personally, like that one better but unlike you, I'm a bigger fan of Adam Gontier's voice and I happened to love that particular song. Just a matter of preferences, I love your videos and opinions, I watch them all the time.

You need to listen to the fan made remix with Doug and Brent. It's incredible good!!!

Hey I am from South Africa but came across this Australian singer, songwriter and plays piano. She was also one off the coaches on Australia's got talent. Her name is Delta Goodrem and trust me she has a amazing voice. I like her song called "heavy" so check it out she has so many good songs let me know and I can send you a list.

This song highlights the quality of Brents voice, I personally prefer his voice back then to the newer stuff. Another you need to check out Anton is Sexual hallucination with In This Moment. You also need to check out Citizen Soldier, this band are Lyrically and vocally excellent, without giving to much away. Anton this is a must.....

My favorites right now are Get Up, Brilliant, A Symptom of Being Human, and Daylight. Their last couple of albums have been a lot more hopeful. Attention Attention was the first album Brent wrote and recorded totally sober. And his voice is even better for his better health.
