Earthworm se hibiscus ko koi khatra nahi hai but Pani Jada hone ke karn leaves yellow ho gaya hai

He is saying take 1 ltr water. Add 5 ml Azadirachta indica oil (commonly known as neem, nimtree or Indian lilac,) and 2.5 ml of shampoo ( preferably organic). Mix well and then spart on the affected area like he is spraying on every leaf. Hope this helps
