Thanks for the video! Have you ever foung a firmware update for the cam? The HD indeed seems to use the left centre side of the 4k censor. Something a firmware update might fix, but i can’t find it anywhere.

Hi And thank you for choosing to watch Lets Talk Tech I have contacted Barry @Wolfang and he has very kindly given me a link for the after-sales team for anyone that are experiencing issues with any of their action cameras Link: support@wolfang.co OR if you have a Facebook account, you can contact Wolfang on the link below Link: facebook.com/groups/wolfangofficial/ After emailing Barry @Wolfang I have found out that sadly you can not update the GA440 via the app, and sadly Wolfang have no plans of designing their own app that would be capable of introducing camera firmware updates for their devices, in the near or distant future, but I personally think that this might change, as I've had a lot of emails that are linked to my channel, which in my mind speaks volumes as so many of you guys are very interested in Wolfang action cameras, and I've never received such a big response on any other device as I have with the GA440 (even my insta360 x3 review didn't get this much attention!!) I must add that the customer services team at Wolfang are lovely people to chat too, but also amazing and they will do their utmost to solve any issues that you are experiencing, as it's very clear to me that they put their customers first and want their customers to be 100% happy (unlike a few others that I could mention) so you will be in very good hands 👍 I will be doing further updates on the GA440 so if I hear any other news, I will be posting up more videos 😉 Again many thanks for commenting, supporting and taking the time to watch my channel, very much appreciated Kindest regards Lucas @lets-talk-tech-uk

If you need to add stabilization to the video, a good video editing app such as PowerDirector is very good, but it does crop the image in a little so be aware of that.. or you can buy a stabilization gimbal and mount that to your trike ;). Does Wi-Fi hook to that can you go live on that GoPro

Can it send videos direct to your iPhone? I have one but never used and not sure whether to just sell and get a GoPro. But if I can send the pics and vids to my phone I may give it a shot.

Hi Thank you for watching Lets Talk Tech Yes, the Aperxcam does, indeed, download all the video clips/photos directly to your mobile phone, but you will need the dedicated app to do this. I will be very honest with you though, it will take some time for the videos to download to the phone, which can be quite frustrating. Saying that, I will say that, all of my other budget action cameras such as, Surfola, WOlFANG, SJCAM, and even The latest Action cameras from Akaso, also take the same amount of time to get the videos downloaded to a phone, so it must be another reason why they are cheaper than the more expensive, GoPro, Insta360 and DJI Action cameras. As the Aperxcam has no stabilisation of any kind, I would suggest that you keep the camera static and probably best on a tripod. Otherwise, you will get shaky footage unless you purchase a Gimbal stabilizer, in which case you might as well just purchase an action camera that has built-in stabilisation. For the price, though, it's not too bad but I do highly recommend the Surfola sf530, as it does a great job in stabilisation and video quality and done better job (in my opinion) than the Akaso Brave 7LE that cost twice as much. Plus, with the Surfola SF530, you not only get loads of accessories bundled in, but you also get a wireless lavalier microphone bundled in, which not only gives excellent sound quality, but gives you the freedom to move around away from the camera if you wish. I have a cam like this and I can't get good results indoors, the image is unbalanced, between whites and shadows... while I use other cams the light is excellent! Do you have any suggestions for settings for a better image?

Hi And thanks for watching Lets Talk Tech Sadly the poor quality that you will get indoors, is because of the tiny sensor that this Action camera has, and even expensive action cameras like the GoPro Action cameras can suffer from poor quality in an indoor filming situation. The only Action camera that I had, that gave a passable image quality indoors, was the insta360 one Rs 1 inch edition (point to shoot) as that has the 1-inch sensor I had to rig up 4 of the Insta360 one rs 1-inch edition (point to-shot) cameras to my uncle's drum set a year ago, and I found that as long as you have some good lighting, you can get away with it, with very good quality footage... The other camera that I gave him to use was the insta360 one RS 360 edition 6K (This is a full 360 camera) which he only needed the one camera, to do the job of the 4 insta360 one 1inch edition (point to-shoot) cameras. Try a good-quality selfie light and see if that makes any difference. the camera seems to record in 3 min increments is there a way to change that or does it to be edited and what is a good editing tool. I am very new to this and this is my first camera. i liked you help very much

Hi And thank you for watching and Subscribing to Lets Talk Tech The best way to solve this is to, format the sd card that you are using in the camera to exFAT via a pc/laptop ... if you reformat the sd card via the camera itself then it'll just format to FAT32 which you don't want unless you just want to do short clips of just 3 to 4 mins in length My Dji Action 2 camera used to do this which was a pain, even though it used to carry on recording but on a new file, that occasionally had a second or 2 of missed footage due to the new file being in place FAT32 was initially designed for older machines and will only hold storage of 4GB each time exFat however will continuously record to the full size of the sd card without interference and this is the format that you will need. The editing tool that I use is the PowerDirector app on my phone, as I can edit anywhere and don't have to worry about carrying my laptop around it also contains free none copyrighted music that you can use without worrying about breaking any copyright rules, especially if you are posting the video up on KZread/Instagram/TicTok or Facebook short clips... but there are some good and free editing software around to download via apps on your phone or to a pc/laptop, trial is the best way as everyone is different in how they like the layout of the editing software If you need any more help then please post it in the comments. What's the photo quality like

Hi And thank you for taking the time to watch this content regarding the Apexcam 4k action camera on Lets Talk Tech. The honest answer to your question is that the photo quality is quite appalling if I'm perfectly honest with you (even though the day was a dark and very bleak day) but the main video quality is reasonably quite good in 4k@30fps even though it has no stabilisation. The day that I reviewed the Apexcam was on a very dark thundery day, so the camera had that against it, along side the fact that I do think that the device that I was using might have been slightly on the faulty side, due to the lens somehow placing the subject to one side in 1080p, 2.7k (didn't try it on 720p) even though perfectly lined up with the lens itself, (but the subject was perfectly alined when in the 4k resolution) I will possibly be doing a second review on the Apexcam once the weather brightens up, and I might even replace the camera with a new one (just to make it fair) Again, thanks for watching Lets Talk Tech
