For quite possibly one of the longest times, I have been a fan of SteelSeries keyboards, ever since I got to use my original Legacy Apex Pro full sized. I own a Legacy Apex Pro TKL, and I love BOTH units, and a morbid fact, but tells me that their keyboards to me have stood the test of time: I spilled a bottle of Pepsi into the thing thinking I destroyed it, BUT NO. After about a couple months of inactivity for the thing, some isopropyl alcohol for the space bar and the left shift key, IT STILL WORKS LIKE THE DAY IT CAME OUT OF THE FACTORY! I love this brand! Edit: It's more of a testament to Hall Effect switches (the OmniPoints in this case) being some of the most durable pieces of kit ever.

Why does the older one sound so much better?!

I purchased a new APEX PRO TKL. It is 2 weeks and now I face this strange issue. When I connect the Keyboard, it is randomnly typing on windows. On Windows, it open some apps randomnly. Even when I am not pressing any keys, it is randomnly typing something. The apps on windows gets closed and open randonmnly. It is doing something on its own. I have no idea what to do.... Whenever I connect the keyboard, it is not easy to control any keys as it start to type randomnly. I did Factory Reset and it did not help. I removed all keys manually and checked if something is stuck and did cleaning, but this also did not help. Anyone faced same issues? Any hints to solve this problem is helpful.

Such a good keyboard but the box is empty as fck! Put at lrase a sticker in it, i own the pro full size version but it is the same. I mean this is your top product how come you dont put any goodies inside of it ? At this price point there must be enen a carry bag includued for TKL version.

i ordered the apex pro tkl 2023 but when it came the laft shift key was really small but in the image of the keyboard it was regular can anyone help me with this ?

Why the hell do they put the cable on the left side? do they think its going to get in the way of the mouse or something? I always prefer when the cable is either in the middle or the far right side

so the keyboard suks.. it resets the actuation time to 1.8 after every sleep/unsleep cycle to 1.8 you can see it on oled screen in keyboard or software if using onboard profile

speed 2.0x is normal 🎉😊😅

I dont like the surface of the plastic keycaps. So expensive keyboard and they still use the rough paint on plastic. Also new 2023 version has way worse keycap click sound. Extremly overpriced. Back of the keyboard is also covered with plastic surface, like...not acceptable that quality build

Seeming pornographic but elevated and supernaturally informative visually ... but leveling off into cinematic art. You should address complex issues non-verbally as you certainly have the knack!

It's honestly mindboggling how bad this keyboard sounds if you consider the price. For over 200$ you can definetely either buy a cheaper keyboard and upgrade it or probably even get a starter custom made kit and it will sound much much better. Simple ABS caps should be considered scam aswell for flagship products.

Looks like they have gotten worst. It sounds worst than previous model. They haven’t put any effort to make the experience any better. No stabiliser and switch lubing has been done at all. Sounds so loud and rattling.
