We looked at Cary and Apex. Could not love Apex more! Cary is great but so built up. Apex has the cutest downtown!

When I look a new place, I want to see its downtown no matter how small it is, then difficult resident areas typically have different types of homes built in different times. Most of people have a preference of new or old homes so this can help them decide which area to look at. For each area, I would like to see typical homes in that area and price tag, parks, other facilities, methods of commute, food, etc.

Thinking of moving to the Raleigh area after spending years in Denver, Austin and Atlanta. We’re in our mid to late 30s so where is a good suburb that has bars, restaurants, antiquing etc? The best comparison I could draw is maybe Decatur GA, so what would have some of those characteristics? Ideally less than 2300/mo for a TH or single family

Hi! Thanks for watching! You can fund a lot of great rental opportunities for that range around the area! You will find a bit of that in all of the triangle areas but if you wanted a lot of antiquing, surprisingly downtown Mebane is really really cute for that! But really any of the suburbs are going to have those things!
I would like to see more photos and road trip videos while you are talking.

Thanks for watching the video! Both Cary and Apex would be great but it also just depends on your wish list! These areas are suburbs so if you prefer being closer to the city, Raleigh or Durham could be better!
