If you think there being civil then you must not see social ques in conversations. Ash is threatening and belittling her "civilly" lol. There not being friends with each other

@@fullsendabeerforme2988 they were a LOT more hostile to one another ESPECIALLY Horizon, that is why I say that; while yes they may not be besties, but they are at least trying to be more tolerable to each other.

@@fullsendabeerforme2988nah but they used to be way more hostile, Horizon would constantly insult Ash in every interaction they had but now she’s much more neutral with Ash in casual interactions eg when thanking Ash.

Gemini helped me with some research and it seems it links back to Titanfall even more strongly than I thought. Not going to specifically mention why because of spoilers for those games, but let’s just say there’s a reason Apex’s highest rank is Predator aside from being the best, as well as the horned icon.

Okay so Ash is onto Horizon, but in an observant way? Like, she's aware but it doesn't go beyond that. As much as Horizon is right to hate Ash, I don't think Ash really has a stake in furthering Horizon's downfall or success. I think she just wants to see what happens. I'd understand if Ash wanted to go back in time or something but she's just there, y'know? There was some quip between Crypto and Ash when she launched where Crypto wanted her help with The Syndicate but that hasn't come into fruition, yet. The Crypto-Wattson interaction is interesting. "We can't leave Mystic in the dark." Who/what is Mystic? Possible alias for Mila? Some project Crypto is working on?

Ash never had anything against Horizon though, she was just carrying out a mercenary mission. There’s nothing really for her to love or hate about horizon or the other legends. I’m pretty sure she’s indifferent to them all (she probably has a soft spot for newt though seeing as she raised him and her heirloom is a gift from him)

so her town takeover on Storm Point is supposed to generate power for Crypto's hometown Suotamo. the district he's from is called Electro District, which is where his adopted mother (and Caustic's biological mother), Mystik, lives. it's experiencing power outages atm, and i believe Mystik is sick/in the hospital, so obv she needs power.

Bloodhound and fuses relationship is easily the worst in the game. It’s so trash tied it’s be funny if it wasn’t annoying. They literally still say stupid things like they just met. “I recall you saying you like to blow things up?” Bruh… everytime they add voice lines for them it just shows they have no idea what they want to do with the pair.
