Apex legends is already downed. Its not available to play at all. This doesn't seems to be apex as the guns are very different.

It's the same game but it's rebranding from the previous apex legends mobile and the developer is still the same and it's only available for china

you can't I don't know how this person is playing the game when EA took it down someone in china or around china must have open up a private server or something you can look all this stuff up if you want more information
