After Cooper (the main character of Titanfall 2) killed him, Valkyrie recovered his Pilot helmet and salvaged his Northstar titan, using parts from it to construct her jetpack and rocket pods. As a result, her jetpack probably still has the original IFF built into it, leading the Reaper to incorrectly identify her as Viper's Northstar titan and by extension, Viper.

I love the part where Loba doesn't close her black market and it is used by her enemies to defeat her team. Truly an Apex experience.

Revenant and pathfinder is the best characters if we aren't talking about the gameplay. Both have charisma and interesting story. Idk why, but respawn is good in making robots characters. I love how they acknowledged more things from Titanfall. The explosive ticks, the Reaper, and the Reaper identifying Valkyrie as a Northstar and it belonging to Viper. That was my favorite part. Honestly it would be awesome if these are also teasing Titanfall 3. And maybe the introduction of Cooper to the games. EDIT. Although the Reaper was butchered, it could also be teasing seeing them in Apex. Like it would be revenge from Hammond for the legends breaking in. But it seems they would be easy to fight. Kind of how they brought back Specters

For some odd reason i enjoy seeing Revenant talking and working with people. Just him not being a mindless killing machine is so fun to watch

It’s cool to see valk’s angle on going against loba. She was so hellbent on revenge for her father for so long that she had nothing but that. Then when finally confronting blisk she learns that it’s only holding her back and decides that it’s better to let go of the past. Valk and loba have very similar pasts if you think about it, the main difference is that valk moves on and honors her father while loba clings into hatred and focuses hurting rev rather than the actual loss of her parents. You see this in valk’s actions because they are fueled with very love for loba. But loba is too blinded that she sees this as a betrayal on valk’s behalf. She even did this with Bangalore during the season 9 comic when Bangalore rejects Loba’s feelings, she saw that as a betrayal as well and is now more cold towards her. Valk sees that pattern in loba because Valk also saw it within herself and is trying to break the cycle even if it means helping rev because she understands that it’s more important to heal and move on then obsess over hatred.

I like how the team lost because Loba forgot to turn off her ult after using it. Truly an apex experience

I love that Revenant's personality gets to show more and more nowadays. I've always loved his character, but modern Rev definitely gets more justice in terms of character.

Him fighting next to Loba was definitely a sneak peek of what's to come. Those two should just kiss and make up already.

It took all 6 legends working together to take down a single reaper. While a single Pilot just sees reapers as a minor inconvenience.

Yeah that’s basically the feeling I got here too 😅 cool art, cool that they’re using their heirlooms to fight in environment without lots of guns to choose, cool that they’re actually holding the head for once, but then “aha Duardo comes and messes things up” is getting old.

@@artloverivy So basically what you want is the average MCU movie, with little to no existing tension, no conflict therefor no actual successful payoff for the characters’ stories and their arcs, as well as the occasional rip and/or joke that ruins the pacing of the moment? Apex Fan moment.

I love that someone seeing someone playing Loba got me into the game and now I only play coz I love Revenant 😂❤ Absolutely love this story series. Can't wait for the next clip and more Revenant.

The scene where the gang went up against a reaper was impressive and a nice throwback to tf2. Though a certain pilot can definitely can run it solo against multiple units.

Can we just appreciate how Crypto and Lifeline used their Heirlooms? It's amazing they're finally including more of them in the Cinematics!

Yeah, I hope Loba will use or inspect hers in one of the next parts. Is it related to her dead parents, so could be interesting and satisfying to me as a Loba main. 🙃

Love the addition of a few heirlooms in the videos. Also nice to see them put some effort into these instead of the weak narrative in game things we've been getting.

Revenant is solo carrying the lore i can’t lie

The Hammond robot's interface getting confused and saying "Northstar?" while it was tracking Valk is unironically one of the funniest things I've ever seen in an Apex story video. Ticks, Reapers, Northstar... they're just bullying Titanfall fans at this point. Good job Lore Devs 👏✨

It also recognizes viper as the pilot Since Valk's suit is built from Vipers Northstar, it makes sense that some computer chip that still has the original credentials exist in it... So in this case I disagree...

@@ethantombs2608 They were going to do a Titanfall 3, single player only, codenamed Titanfall Legends. Besides, they stopped making Titanfall 3 to make Apex because they were worried that making a 3rd Titanfall would just burn players out. I guarantee, without Apex and these shorts, we wouldn't be as impressed or as serious with waiting for another game in the Titanfall universe. Though it makes sense for salty "serious" Titanfall 2 and Apex players to do nothing but complain about the state of the games and whine about a Titanfall 3... never satisfied.

@@mikeadox I love Titanfall to death, but don’t act like this universe hasn’t always had a balance between levity and drama. It’s been pretty tonally consistent in all of its installments. The only difference I see is that Apex has the luxury of having more time to flesh-out its characters, but I’d hardly call that a bad thing. If being a soap-opera means treating your characters like rounded people, then I’ll take it!

I really wanna see some Mirage Lore and him Using his Heirloom (as seen in the Gaiden trailer) like His Heirloom can be a devastating weapon if you’ve seen Johnny Cage from Mortal Kombat use a Statue as a weapon.

When Loba stole the robot's gun with her black market, I was thinking "why didn't she just steal the head with it?" and then Duardo used it to steal the head, lol

Shows the difference Cooper was a Rifelman than a Pilot He had military experience and training against such threats The legends apart from Anita and Jackson aren't trained like Pilots or even regular military was
