APE Nissan Titan Build Out
Details of a complete frame off restoration and build out APE did on a 2004 Nissan Titan. Appalachian Performance Engineering LLC teamed up with Automotive Enterprises and Edd's Auto Trim of Cookeville, TN for a complete vehicle overhaul. Video provides a walk-around and basic run down on what was completed during the build.

Headers as well, don't remember the brand, customer brought them in. Banks monster exhaust system from the headers back. Preciate the support!

I have an 07 Nisan Titan and have done a decent amount of upgrades to it and am currently looking to change the exhaust. I have a Magnaflow now. What is the exact setup that this truck has?

Thank you sir! Its not a 10 speed transmission, it is a performance transmission built by LevelTen transmission... they build high performance bullet proof transmissions for all kinds of vehicles. The truck is currently for sale on a website called socaltrucks.com. Cost can vary drastically depending on what the final goal is. Preciate the support!

Bumper looks nice, do they have one for a 19 model non xd? I got the black horse bumper for the rear of my truck, that one looks sharp

@@HardHeadMilitary www.movebumpers.com/ they are bumper kits that come CNC cut and bent. In the past we have altered the move bumpers as per the clients request as opposed to building a complete bumper from scratch.

Can you explain what the differences between a 410 rear end and a factory one

It is a Currie enterprises dana 60 rear end. When saying it is a 4:10 rear end he was referring to the gear ratio inside of the axle's. I believe the stock gear ratio on this year Nissan titan was a 3:55 or 3:73, when we did the build we changed to a 4:10 ratio to help with the larger tires and low end power. It will also help in making the titan quicker off the line... but slower at high speeds. Keep in mind if you change the gear ratio in the rear end, you must change the gear ratio in the front axle to match.
Why did you need glass with those suspension mods. You have stock wheel travel

Agreed, it was simply for aesthetics, the customer wanted the fat wide look, so he choose to go with the glass options on the market. We wanted to build a full long travel kit for the girl, but he isnt trophy trukin it.

They were done by a custom upholstery and trim shop in Cookeville, TN. Type in google "Edd's auto trim and seat outlawz cookeville tn" and it will show up. Not sure if they can ship out covers or only custom stitch in house.

Nah, the client didn't want to swap to full link, coilover, trailing arm style setup.
What was the budget for this truck? So far I’m $3k in modifications for my truck

The customer didnt have much of a budget... simply kept buying parts for us to install... followed by the body shop installing fenders, bedsides, and finishing it off with high dollar paint. The truck is currently for sale for 40k... he has way more than that in it... and you would probably be better off buying it as opposed to doing all of the work from scratch. Projects like this get expensive fast!

It's a 2004, all body parts and engine work with other mods. WHY!! Camera man and speaker just give the guy with the green shirt to do the talking. Better yet just put a projector and screen with pointer and a let green man deliver a power point presentation. Dude relax we all know it's a cool looking and sounding truck yes you can advertise what you have placed but dang you looked like oh oh oh oh tell them this tell them that. Take a deep breath and just stand back and say ahhhhhh achiement unlocked. It's ok
