Hey baby girl! I want to say thank you so much for your videos. My husband and I will be empty nester bext year and thinking of moving to Georgia. Your videos helped me so much and was very informative. We are older and not wanting to live in the Atlanta area but near a more laid back area. The wide variety has been great. We have never lived in Georgia and has no clue on which way to go. We definitely want to live in a more communal environment. You have saved me so much money and time by going apartment hunting for everyone.We are still bot sure which area but listening to your advice I think Alpharetta will be out landing. Seriously 3 grand for a 1/1 apt ...here in Texas that's a 3 story gated neighborhood with a lake and park square business

We are moving to Alpharetta from the Detroit area in a month. We looked at most of these apartments. There are some complexes that are close to most of these at a much cheaper price point. You are playing $$$ to be at Avalon and the Amorance is in the middle of the city center. Halcyon Grand that we stayed at last week in the back of Halcyon Square. They have a parking structure on both sides of the building.

Can you do condos in Covington, GA?? And apartments. Plus add the crime rates in the places you go to

Those apartments are more expensive than a 1 BR in Brooklyn and approaching lower Manhattan madness. In fact, it's more than I pay for the mortgage on my 3 BR/ 2BA house on a full acre in Stone Mountain! You can definitely get a better deal and just as nice of an apartment if you go to the south side of Atlanta.

These apartments are giving a Upscale Memphis type vibe

$3000 !!!!!?!!?!?!?!? for 1 bedroom apartments. NOT EVEN IN Atlanta but outside of town. Who is living there?!?!?! You can get a 6 bedroom - 8 bedroom house for that much money. You can lease a Lamborghini or a Ferrari for less than $3000 a month
