I love Baguio. By far my favorite place in the Philippines. They have evergreen trees and have amazing strawberry farms to get fresh strawberries and strawberry jam and a zip lining park! Place is awesome!!

Baguio weather wise is reminding me of what I enjoy here in Colorado in the foothills of the Rockies. I am definitely going to look at Baguio as a possible place to retire. I am a bit concerned about the water shortage.

Pretty sure that first place you're talking about at around 6:15 was designed for "bed-spacers": college students in 3-high bunks, 2 sets per room. So, 2 baths and a large kitchen make sense for that. Perhaps the owners decided there was less wear and tear and general maintenance renting out to foreigners instead.

Im currently in Thailand over the last year, was headed there before the flights were canceled and I had no plans to go back to the states...best decision I made. Found out I can get citizenship through my father so Im definatly coming. Thanks for your updates. 🤙

I was wondering since your up in the area, there is suppose to be another town close by Bagio with the same climate but with more reasonable rents I forgot the name but it was refered to me by someone who is familar with Bagio.

Bro, You be really careful on Contracts, There are terrible rent to own contract in Philippines, it may be 2.5 years before move in is ready, and also if you can’t pay off in three year, say loan denied, The corporate take your condo with all you furnishings, Read Read Read contract, I waited 2.5 years, I have not lost it yet, but it’s not over, Bank could deny me the loan, If they do I’m out 20000 usd without living in it for over two years, It’s been a nightmare, I must say be careful Texas, I let your ads Olay so you get paid, ✊, Respect Brother, Be Safe Belus
