i hope to get one of this in the coming future, for the three bedroom house i have an issue with the sitting room balcony door. am thinking, why would the developer not have the door at the end corner instead of the middle so that you can have an L shaped sofa that can accommodate more pple?

The bedrooms are spacious..and the furniture are just wow...Good job su...amaizing...that 3BR is beautiful

Hi..they will need to consult structural engineers first. You as the owner of the unit will need to communicate with their management before removing walls

It is clear that the Government needs the private sector to get this Affordable Housing done, however, Kenyan Tax Payers are contributing the funds and it is important that we get what we were promised. I will remind you what Government said. They said, "the developer will be paid in full by the Government once the project is complete, and the Government will then offer citizens affordable payment plans." This is not what we are now hearing. We are now getting pay 4 million in cash and what not. How many people, (mama mboga and boda boda hustlers) do you know have 4 million in cash? Let's not allow greedy capital to hijack a program that can transform our country.
