I live in SD too and this layout of an apartment with the lighting and open space concept is such a rarity. Girl you got a steal!! The apartment itself has very modern installations too, making it easier to decorate around. The color palette you chose is on point.

Your apartment is larger than my HOUSE...my home is 561 sq.ft./ 2 bedroom/1 bath. My kitchen is way too small for any type of dining table, so I have my Counter-height dining table and four chairs in my living room....in front of the window! Love the plants! unfortunately, I have to use artificial flowers and plants. But, I enjoy taking design inspiration from Apartments and small home dwellers.....I'm never disappointed!
