Apartment Hunting in Shanghai 2020 | Black in China | Angelique's World

Hey, y’all. I’m back with more apartment hunting. This will be my fourth apartment in the city (if we’re counting the one my company provided for my first month) and third time apartment hunting. I’ve learned a thing or two about the process and I’m happy to say that I didn’t need to look at many apartments before settling on one. Apartment hunting in Shanghai, China is always an adventure.

    That apartment at zhongshan park area is perfect for me! Not too much funiture and interior is not too tacky. But living at the first floor in shanghai, it will be very humid and cold! I’m going to move to other place from next month, hunting new apartment, too! There are some cheap and good places in Nanxiang area, but it’s quite far from the centre of city! Maybe we can add wechat and share some imformation each other! I wonder how much it cost in your mind for rental fee?

  • @AsEverAngelique

    @AsEverAngelique

    Yes. I need to live within the square. Anything outside of it is too far for me. Also, I'm not sure what a rental fee is but your realtor should be between 15-35%.
