This community was on my list of possible options. I even gave the brown cabinetry a pass, in lieu of the industrial look. I liked the look so much that I was also willing to forego a kitchen island for the kitchen bar. I ❤️ this aesthetic . I wanted a loft unit. I only did not pursue because I wanted to live in a community no older than 2 years old. I think these were built in 2012. Years ago, I had cage storage and never had an issue. Albeit, I still think this is a fab option to consider.

This is most definitely on the list! The lofted area for WFH office is 🔥 omg!! I never see other Vegas realtors and vloggers talk about Centennial Hills. Is it close to the ghettos or something, or too far out? I mean what’s the catch? 🤪 🥂
