I'm from the UK and I find this all so interesting! All the apartments are empty, which is interesting.. I don't think I have ever looked at a house where nobody was living in it already, makes it a bit easier to imagine yourself there

That last one was truly perfect and beautiful!! I hope you all get the one you applied for!!! Also I am from Southern California, but currently living in Portland and I was so shocked by the rent prices! It is wild to me how much rent has gone up recently, we've seen it in this area too, but Cali is wild lol

I know!! Portland is so beautiful and I know you guys have seen an increase in rent. LA is insane - if you want a decent spot, you’re for sure spending minimum $2k.

ktown is so underrated! its walkable if you like boba shops, korean supermarkets, korean bbq, and dive bars. i love how much korean culture you can absorb in this area. also LOVE openaire 💕 good luck on your new spot girl!!

That last apartment was everything!!! I would’ve had to deal with the walkability issue with K-town. Especially if a good friend is in the building…sis your walking down the hall - that’s your walkability right there lol

I thought that I liked the Pasadena apartment until I saw the K-Town apartment! Loved everything about it! You could live in the walk-in closet alone! You have to live where there is security and amazing amenities! Compared to N.Y.'s rent prices, the prices in California aren't so bad! Jazmine, nice apartment tour, and I know that you found one by now!!😁

Im not gonna lie, i dont see the differences 😂😂😂 they all look the same to me 😂😂 but the last one was so beautiful

I can’t remember did you sell your old place or are you renting it? I know you didn’t like it, but just curious what you did with it.

I work in property management and it has turned me off from purchasing a condo or townhouse. Would be cool to hear more about your experience with buying alone , renovating, selling etc.

Holy smokes! I will never NOT be phased by how much it costs to live in LA! Blows my mind! Where I live is not cheap by any means, but my mortgage is 1700 and over 2000sq feet and over an acre of land.

Good question! Honestly they got groomed every 4-6 weeks so their nails are never really long enough to cause damage!!

All of the kitchens were very nice! That walk-in closet for that last one was like a room in itself! Followed by the huge bathroom right next to it. But, i agree a washer & dryer & ac is a must. Great choices & great video. Which one did yall end up picking? Hope to see more videos from you soon.

the AC thing shouldn't be a non negotiable in LA. you can get ur own portable unit for ~$300 and you can easily sell it if you move or bring it with you to the next place. i've done this a couple times and saved thousands in rent and my AC unit is only a year old and works a lot better than a lot of wall units i've encountered at friend's apartments

@@JazmineGarciaTV Hard to say for sure because at my current place (where I use my own portable unit) all utilities are included in my rent. When I used it before this place I split utilities with roommates and our total was very similar to what I had been paying before even after installing a portable unit in my room. Using AC will always be a big electricity drain for sure. I would think a newer portable unit may even use less electricity than some older landlord's units tho? I think it also depends on the size of the space/number of windows etc. I think there is also a new law people are fighting for that landlords need to provide AC so hopefully this won't be an issue in the future!

No wonder people are moving to Vegas wtf Lol and traffic here is getting crazy and I found a place thru a realtor for $1250 2bd 2 bad with a w/d and last place here in Vegas for $1450 and no w/d lol I always tell my wife let’s go to neighbor states but I guess she is right we e good here f**** cali and other surroundings as long we r in a budget
