@@zaalpha5607 according to me......jo hum chahte hai aur agar usko paa liya usi ko hi toh success bolenge naa.......for ex :- to become healthy ye success hai, ameer banna ye success hai, communication skills ka hona ye success hai chahe woh career ho ya phir relationship dono aspect me communication skill ka hona bahut zaruri hai..........multi talented person banna ye success hai aur isse bahut respect milta hai 😊.......koi saala chahke bhi hame ghost(ignore) nahi kar sakta

I've faced a lot of insults during my college days due to failure in 1st year. Today I've taken the best revenge by clearing SSC CGL in my very first attempt and achieving the post of Central Excise Inspector. 😊

I have unknowingly used one of these techniques to improve myself physically. I was bullied a little from my 1st grade (currently in 11) and I didn't reply to any of the bullies. There was something that was building up in me and honestly I don't know what. Then, around when I was in my 6th grade and literally grabbed a bully from his neck and smashed him on the floor. I finally came to know that something that was building up in me was aggression and anger. However, he is still a good friend of mine. Now here's what u have come for: The anger and aggression that was once used to beat my friend was now consciously used for my health improvement. I was in 8th and overweight due to eating habits It was the month of June and corona was spreading like fire . I started working out and in 3 months micracously I lost about 16 kgs (now I am 71 kg) I literally watch myself in the mirror to see my hardworking that I had put in it. To be continued.....

I have one more technique which i personally use….actually some bad things happened with me during college days…those who pretended like frnds turns to be bunch of idiots…so when i had enough of them……thn i start giving them answers but ek time aisa aaya jb unka muh band nhi hota tha….i knew ki ye log chup nahi reh sakte becharo ko mere se itna pyaar ho gya tha ki meri baate kiye chup nhi rehte the….fir jb bhi mujhe lgta tha i will be facing them or vo fir se bhokenge so maine earphones m songs lgakr avoid krna shuru kr diya….so now i don’t care wht they gossip

Actually insult ka jawab dene se apna hi energy kam hota hai. Insult best ignore hi karna chahiye kyuki agar mehnat karke bhagwan bhi ban jaoge na tab bhi log insult karenge. Aj kal ki generation or previous generations ko insult na dena sikhaya hi nahi hai. Just best is ignore.

Bhai mai 1 months pahale ek birthday party me gaya or mere dost mera majak bana rahe the mai chota dhikhta hu isliye or maine ushi deen than liya mai uñse lamba ke dhikhaoungha or mai 1 month se lagataar 2-3 hours exercise karta hu or aj mere height 2 inche bad gaya hai

You saved my alot of time by providing this kind of knowledge bcz if read all these things to gain knowledge it took around many years

When I got admission in new school in class 9 I was good in science so I gave all answers in every period so when I was doing some fun one day mam was disturbed and said go and stand out of the class and say what whole class was saying go and stand out .
