my rank is 10012 and i belong to bc_a and i also have cap reservation, even then i haven't got seat in college that i want to join. but a candidate belonging to bc_a (f) with rank 15k got the seat in the same clg under cap reservation (which i've seen in college wise allotment on the site) now this enlighten my mind with only one thought, India is for reserved not for deserved.😔
