G'day beautiful peoples here is this weeks episode. I was under the impression that monsters/vehicles AND non-circle bases were the only ones effected by Pivot rules? Are mounted and oblong bases in general counted?

In Pariah Nexus Mission Pack all not circle based models have pivot cost 2"

In vanilla no, in pariah nexus yes

If it isn't a round circle base or vehicle without a base it cost 2 per the tournament companion
They just should do the same with flying, everything above 4" costs 2" and were good. Below 4" should be free, like a walker.
When we're flyers broken in 10th? The storm raven and the Void Raven bomber were both viable but they weren't anywhere close to being broken
This hurts most oval based non-vehicle/monster units
"[Yeah, charging through ruins is messy, but] at least it's better than a 12-page document". Come on man, the ruling itself is just one page long. The rest are examples and an introduction to the problem. I feel like a lot of players have just given up on the "wtc charge through walls" as soon as they opened the document and saw 12 pages; like, they haven't even given it a chance.
