How do you get into hidden settings so you can adjust things like torque and motor settings I've seen this been done on the app but don't know how to get into that setting

This scooter is an entry level one with solid tyres and no suspension. About 20-22 miles per max charge at top speed

@@Huxmcr yes, 19 mph for 1 hour would be 19 miles,. Depends on the road condition and the load, you may get additional few miles that put you to about 20 miles

Yah it's not a premium scooter but it has the best features for it's money's worth.
just bought it to commute to places can’t wait on cruises with my freind on his xiami his speed is 15.5 mph while this is 20

Check if you turned on eco mode, which would be slower. Also at the advance setting, make sure you didn't set a low speed limit.

when you lock the scooter...can someone else download the app on their phone and unlock the scooter?

Once you lock it with your phone, only your phone can unlock it. Other device won’t be able to connect to it at all

Yah they are all clones of the original xiaomi scooter, same as the Bird scooter too
